As a Fitness Professional, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help people realize what their bodies are capable of. I believe that with the right training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals. Everyone, no matter their fitness level or abilities, can benefit from increased physical activity and I strive to provide every client with a program that is effective and appropriate, while also allowing them to feel comfortable and safe. This includes helping busy men and women lose fat, feel better, look better, build confidence, and building total body strength… faster!
I wasn’t always into fitness and working out. I have always loved sports and was an athlete through high school, but that was no longer a priority when I became a mother. I was a stay-at-home mom for 15 years and finally after all those years, I felt like my kids were grown enough and I wanted to get fit and do something for myself.
I found my passion for health and fitness in my mid 30’s. My love for helping people, and my teaching background of over 10 years, coupled with being a full-time parent, led me to becoming a certified personal trainer.
My greatest accomplishment has been that my children now want to be involved with my passion for fitness and excel at their sports. I love running races with them and watching them grow! Every day I work hard to be the best I can be and hope to inspire others to be the same!
